What’s Included:

Before Your Appointment:

• Make sure the backflow device is accessible

• Let us know the location of the device (front yard, side yard, etc.)

• Hold onto any notices from your water provider—the technician may need to review them

During Your Appointment:

• Our technician will try to notify you when they arrive

• Water will be turned off briefly during testing

• The device will be returned to its original settings

• We’ll do our best to leave the area exactly as we found it
